Dear Clinton Community,
Year Two – Continuing the Journey Together
As I begin my second year as Superintendent of Clinton Unit School District 15, I want to take a moment to thank you, the families, community members, and dedicated staff, for your continued support and partnership. This past year has been incredible, filled with progress, collaboration, and a shared commitment to our students.
Over the last year, together we’ve made significant strides as a district. We expanded our Social Emotional Learning (SEL) programming to better support the well-being of all students and enhanced services for our English as a Second Language (ESL) learners, ensuring that every student, regardless of background, has the tools they need to thrive. We also celebrated the outstanding accomplishments of our student-athletes and those involved in clubs and extracurricular activities who achieved great success in their respective events. Our educators embraced professional growth, engaging deeply in data analysis and collaborative planning to elevate student achievement. But our progress didn’t stop in the classroom. Every department in our district plays a vital role in supporting student success, from food service, building & grounds, and technology, to transportation, paraprofessionals, and administrative assistants. Each member of our team contributes daily to creating a safe, welcoming, and high-functioning learning environment. I am truly grateful for their dedication and tireless effort.
Our motto, One Team, One Mission, continues to guide everything we do. That team includes not just our staff and students, but the entire Clinton community. Together, we share the responsibility and privilege of helping every child succeed and reach their full potential.
I am incredibly proud to serve as the Superintendent of Clinton Schools. It is both a blessing and an honor to lead in a community that values education, supports its schools, and puts students first. As a lifelong learner, I welcome feedback, embrace progress, and believe in always seeking ways to grow and improve. There is always more to learn, and more we can accomplish together.
Thank you for being part of this journey. I look forward to another great year ahead.
With Maroon Pride,
Drew Goebel
