The Clinton High School Scholastic Bowl team finished the CIC Conference in strong fashion! The JV team finished in 3rd place! We had two JV members finish in the top ten of the conference for toss-up questions answered. This would be the JV CIC all conference team. Those two members are: Asher Hitchings who finished in 2nd place overall and Lydia Cahill who finished in 7th place overall.
At the varsity level, we finished in fourth place in the conference with big upset wins versus St. Teresa and Warrensburg-Latham. We had three Varsity members place on the CIC all-conference team for being in the top ten of toss-up questions answered. Those three members are: Ava Thierry in tenth place, Tanner Koonce in sixth place, and Alex Barringer in second place!
The JV team is finished for the season. The Varsity will be back in action the first Saturday in January when they compete in the CIC Conference Tournament in Tuscola.
